Tracey uses as few cookies as we can. This page lists every cookie and similar technology on tracefinance.app, why it is there, and how you can control it. Chatting with Tracey on WhatsApp does not use cookies at all.
Strictly necessary
These keep the web app working. They are always on, because the site cannot work without them.

Product analytics
We use PostHog to understand which pages people use and where the app breaks, so we can fix and improve it.

How we have set it up to protect you:
- No session recording: we never replay what you see or type.
- No automatic click or input tracking: only events we choose, never your PINs, codes or transaction details.
- If your browser sends Do Not Track, PostHog does not track you.
- Analytics data is never sold or used for advertising.
Preferences on your device
The web app stores a few settings in your browser’s local storage, such as the account you last selected. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.
What we do not use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No tracking pixels from social networks or ad platforms.
- No cookies that are shared with or sold to anyone.
How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the necessary cookie will sign you out of the web app. Turning on Do Not Track stops analytics.
